Sandra is so very experienced and intuitive in her care and approach. The support, guidance and treatment that I have received has had quite a profound effect on me, both emotionally and physically. I highly recommend her.

I did a voice warm-up and sang before each job interview! It really helped with my voice and saying what I needed to say. Ha, probably too much at times!! But it was definitely a useful tool in my tool box.....and...I am now Marketing and fundraising Manager!
- Julie New singer, New Manager! -
Sandra quickly identified ways she could help me, and put this knowledge into action by introducing me to a wide range of vocal and physical exercises. Each and every singing lesson with Sandra has been a joy and I would recommend her unreservedly'.
- Ian / Barbershop singer -
The gig was a TRIUMPH! Can’t believe how well it went and loads of lovely feedback! Thank you so much for your wise counsel and support........phew!
- Kate / Jazz Singer -
Sandra's deep knowledge of vocal technique has revolutionised my approach to singing. Not only has the fundamental sound of my voice improved, but her holistic method has equipped me to deal with tiredness, colds, nerves, stress and all the other challenges facing a performer. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

ONLINE SESSIONS: When Sandra and I arranged our first 1-to-1 lesson via Zoom, I initially thought that it couldn't replace having singing lessons in person. However, we enjoyed ourselves as much as if we had been in the room together! Sandra was sensitive to how anxiety has affected my breathing and singing lately and was able to pinpoint these effects over Zoom. The techniques we worked on helped me to relax and renewed my confidence and joy in singing. Although I miss working together in person, Sandra's enthusiasm is as infectious as ever in her online sessions and really is the next best thing. To anyone looking for a personal approach to improving their singing/breathing technique with an online resource at this time, I cannot recommend Sandra enough.
- Colette, Photographer and Choir singer -
An excellent teacher, everything was well explained and very beneficial, by far the best workshop I’ve ever attended’. Sandra is an expert in her field
- Professional Actor, Equity Member -
I went to Sandra for singing lessons. It has changed my voice and my life! Despite years of singing lessons with a variety of teachers, it wasn't until I met Sandra that my understanding of the vocal mechanism became clear. She works not just with my voice, but with me as an individual, gently (but persistently!) finding ways to help me ditch unhelpful habits. I cannot recommend her enough
- Jacqueline Vann. Senior Dalcrose teacher, Choir leader, Musician -
I came to Sandra with many problems from pitching issues, to habits with straining, to a very limited range. Even though I had no prior vocal training/knowledge, Sandra has not only completely reversed years of issues but ignited a passion for singing I never thought I had. With her years of experience and the incredible impact she has had on my singing, it's a no brainer recommending Sandra.
- Ben, Singer/Songwriter -
Great workshops run by highly skilled, sensitive and engaging teachers who compliment each other beautifully. Combining fun with precision, Sandra and Sam are expert singing teachers who deliver strong workshops for singers of all abilities.
- Colin Rea - MD The Big Noise Chorus attending Devon Singing Workshop -
Sam & Sandra make the Devon Singing workshops so much fun. I’ve learnt so much from them, too. The day is spent amongst lovely friends old & new and I would definitely recommend anyone to give it a go, I’m looking forward to the next one already ??

ONLINE SESSIONS: While 'in person' is my preferred method, online sessions still provide the high quality vocal coaching you expect from Sandra, when the former is not possible. I still get a lot out of our online lessons as Sandra makes that possible with customised recorded vocal exercises coupled with her expert guidance, giving you as close to the in person experience as you can get.
- Ben, singer/songwriter -
Working with Sandra has been fundamental to developing a professional and persuasive presentation style. My previous concerns regarding voice projection, tone and strength have been fully dealt with. I found her detailed anatomical knowledge and description of breathing mechanics extremely helpful in changing lifelong habits. I did not expect, in my late 40’s to be relearning the fundamental workings of diaphragm, lungs and ribs!
- Jim Webster Former Assistant Chief Constable -
Sandra’s teaching opens up much: so much more than your voice. You will discover muscles you never knew existed and emotions that you never realised were blocking your singing voice.
- Ruth, Therapist -
Thank you so much for tonight Sandra. I really enjoyed every minute and I’m feeling really inspired again.
- Military Wives Choir, Chivenor -
I can't overstate how much you have helped me; people can hear, and (more importantly) I can feel a huge difference. Thank you for everything.

I was one of the lucky Kingsmen to attend your coaching yesterday. Thank you for the excellent information and techniques you shared with us. Your light touch, easy style and humour enabled all to connect with you and engage with all that you were presenting to us.
