friday 14th March

This week Sandra is looking forward to working with this wonderful supervision group that work in the education sector. Talking Heads Supervision is the largest social enterprise delivering supervision in Education, Health, and Not for Profit sectors. Sandra has been brought in to do the warm -up for their conference day. Her aim is to bring both a physical and vocal warm up that they can then use throughout the day to centre or uplift the energy of the group.

Sat 15th February

This week Sandra is coaching a wonderful all female choir in Exeter, River City Chorus. She is working with some essential foundation skills in breathing and vocal production as well as helping singers develop more of their upper voice strength. This will create some extra power (without effort) and aid the singers to balance and blend the sound through their sections.

Saturday March 1st

Sandra is up in Somerset for the whole day coaching an all female Barbershop chorus, Blackdown A Cappella. They are a new chorus - only 3 years old! By working with them to build a strong foundation of techniques Sandra will help them gain more control, colour, vocal stamina and power. Using the judges comments from their last competition as a base, and by studying their last performance videos, Sandra will work alongside their MD to create exercises they can use in their warm-ups to keep the work she does with them going - helping to create lasting change.

Saturday March 22nd

Sandra is in Exeter working with two of the largest choirs in Devon - Lala and Big Noise. They are all coming together for one mighty sing! This is the third workshop Sandra has run with Lala’s and she is eager to meet the Big Noise crew! Expect a big sound, working on unity, quality and rhythms and having a lot of fun with some seriously upbeat songs!
